Caring for your Umsums

Umsum Chocolates are made fresh to order the old fashioned way – by hand. Therefore orders require a minimum quantity. Please order at least 3 weeks in advance of required date to ensure availability and freshness.

MINIMUM ORDER – minimum total quantity of 100 chocolates, with a minimum of 50 chocolates from each chosen variety.

When should I eat them? To maintain a high level of freshness and the rich flavour, Umsum chocolates should be eaten within one week of pickup or delivery.

Desired Temperature? Umsum Chocolates should be kept in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight (15°C to 18° C). Refrigeration can spoil their creamy texture and delicate flavour due to such low temperatures and condensation. If refrigeration is required, please keep in an airtight container separate to any other foods and allow them to reach prescribed temperature (above) just prior to consuming.
