At Umsum Chocolates, we are concerned about sustainability of chocolate production and fair wages for cocoa farm workers as well as the delicious taste of our chocolate truffles and pralines.
That is why Umsum milk and dark chocolates are made using cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms and Umsum white chocolates are made using ingredients which are fairly traded through the Hand in Hand program. Umsum Chocolates is always searching to increase the use of responsibly sourced ingredients in our delicacies.
